We all love a good look back, don’t we? Whether it’s last year’s birthday or those first sleepy days with your newborn, it’s lovely to remember those special moments.
That’s why I love what I do — capturing memories that you can look back on every day, not just tucked away on a phone. So many families tell me how much they treasure their portraits — especially as their little ones grow. And when they come back with baby number two, it’s so lovely to look at the older sibling’s baby photos and see how much they’ve changed.
Do You Like Having Portraits on the Wall?
If you’re someone who loves seeing those special moments around your home, wall art might be perfect for you. It’s such a lovely way to enjoy your favourite photo every single day — whether it’s above the sofa, in the hallway, or in your bedroom.
You can go for one big showstopper piece or a little gallery of your favourite shots. Either way, it becomes part of your home — something that’ll bring a smile every time you walk past.

If you’d prefer to keep a lovely collection of portraits, a folio box might be more your thing. It’s a beautifully made box, filled with mounted portraits — and it even has a frame at the front so you can change the portrait on display whenever you like.
Lots of families love flicking through their portraits together — and trust me, little ones love seeing their baby pictures. They won’t believe they were ever that small! (And if you’ve got siblings who look alike… prepare for a few “That’s ME!” debates!)
What About Digitals?
It’s easy to think, “I’ll just have the digitals,” and that’s totally fine — we include matching digital copies of every piece of artwork you order.
But I always say… when was the last time you sat down with the family and scrolled through photos on your phone?
Having something you can see and touch every day is so much more special. That’s why most families end up choosing artwork they can enjoy now — not just save for later.
When the Time Comes…
After your session, we’ll have a relaxed gallery presentation where I’ll show you your gallery and help you pick what you love most.
You don’t have to decide anything now before your session — but it’s good to have a think about what might suit your home and family.
And just so you know… lots of parents change their mind once they see their portraits. It’s hard not to fall in love with them!
