Your Photography Experience

• A standard photography experience with Sarah Baldock Portraits includes a studio session and a personalised, cinematic gallery presentation about a week after your studio session.
• Your booking fee is payable on booking, secures your studio session and gallery presentation dates and is credited against your artwork order.
• Where a photography experience has been won as part of a competition or when purchasing a voucher, a £40 booking fee will be required at the time of booking. This secures the session date and the gallery presentation date and can be credited against your artwork order. In the case of a competition, if no additional artwork is chosen, the £40 booking fee can be refunded.
• When a voucher has been purchased, this can be used in the studio by the purchaser or another recipient, at a pre-booked time for the experience designated on the voucher. The artwork included with the voucher may be swapped for an alternative artwork option to the equivalent value, or the value used in part payment for a collection of higher value. The vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be traded for cash.
• By agreeing to pay your booking fee, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.
• If you cancel within 7 days of your appointment, a £40 fee will be charged.
• If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your appointment time, your session cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, the right is reserved to offer either a shortened session or to cancel the appointment altogether.
• What you fall in love with and choose to purchase is totally up to you. Artwork prices start from £199. Artwork options include stunning folio boxes as well as framed and unframed wall art.
• Whether you choose wall art or a presentation package, you will receive the complimentary digital files to accompany your artwork.
• Any artwork ordered will be ready 4-6 weeks after confirmation of your order, which is usually at your gallery presentation.
• Any unframed artwork purchased from Sarah Baldock Portraits and framed independently will be exempt from any guarantees provided by Sarah Baldock Portraits and Sarah Baldock Portraits will not be liable for any potential damage caused by the independent frames.
